At LUDAS, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which products purchased from LUDAS may be returned or refunded.
Customers may request a return under the following conditions:
The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition
The product is returned in its original packaging, including tags, labels, and accessories
The return request is initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery
Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is provided
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer
Items returned without original packaging or tags
Products purchased during sale, discount, or promotional campaigns (unless defective)
Customized or special-order items
Returns requested after the return window has expired
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Clear photos or videos may be required for verification
Upon approval, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost
To initiate a return:
Contact LUDAS customer support within the eligible return period
Provide order details and reason for return
Once approved, follow the return instructions provided
Ship the product to the designated return address
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error from LUDAS.
Refunds are processed after inspection and approval of the returned item
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Refund processing time may take 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges are subject to product availability
If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will be treated as returns
LUDAS reserves the right to:
Reject returns that do not meet the policy criteria
Refuse repeated or suspicious return requests
LUDAS may update this Return & Refund Policy at any time.
Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on our website.
