  • The product is returned in its original packaging, including tags, labels, and accessories

  • Customized or special-order items

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos or videos may be required for verification

  • Upon approval, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact LUDAS customer support within the eligible return period

  2. Provide order details and reason for return

  3. Once approved, follow the return instructions provided

  4. Ship the product to the designated return address

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error from LUDAS.


5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after inspection and approval of the returned item

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time may take 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


6. Exchange Policy

  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered


7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support
